Krishna – An enchanting Flute Player and the Most Colorful Incarnation

To talk about Krishna for a common man is impossible. No one can narrate or describe his playful life if he has not attained to Nirvana, the spiritual height.   Therefore, I would like to dictate the words of Sadhguru. Even Sadhguru said that to describe KRISHNA is not possible but we can have glimpse of who he is.

Talking spontaneously, Sadhguru says, “the essence of who he is… he is an irrepressible child, a terrific prankster, a graceful dancer, an irresistible lover, a truly variant worrier, a man who left a broken heart in every home, an enchanting flute player, an astute, a statesman, a king maker, a thorough gentleman, a yogi of the highest order and the most colorful incarnation”.

To feel his playfulness, one needs to have a heart full of love and a vibrant body. Krishna means ‘attractive’ or ‘mesmerizing’. So, the word itself describes who Krishna is!

However, people have different understanding about Him. He is such a person that happened on the earth that no one can ever think of. He is in every cell of the world and in a time not in the world. He lives life fully with utmost joy, celebration, dance, devotion, harmony, happiness, pleasure, love and balance.

That is what made him a very unique, utterly blissful and graceful personality. There are people who deny his existence and regard him as a mythological character. They are okay with the way and the perception of them. But, here I would like to talk about Krishna not because of others but for me. I love Krishna because he indirectly teaches us to love all in all the conditions and situations of life with smiling face.

In Osho’s words, “The whole of Krishna is co-extensive, co-expansive with the immense, the infinite; he is one with the whole. Krishna is the sole being about whom it can be said that he made every path, every facet of life sacred and holy. He made it possible for every kind of seeker to attain to the supreme from any direction that comes naturally to him. In this sense he is multi-dimensional, not only for himself but for others too. With a flute on his lips one can dance his way to God; playing a flute he can touch that depth where Samadhi or ecstasy happens…”

If one wants to learn life lessons listen to him while he directly speaks with Arajuna in the battlefield of Mahabharata. You will have a better living attitude and a stream of love and joy will flow from the corner of your heart. Even you would be amazed that the stream was hidden in YOU.

This is the beauty of Krishna. Just reading the Bhagwad Gita, one can have a sincere and devoted understanding for himself/herself and for the mankind. Krishna is a man of highest wisdom, intelligence and sharp politics.

Just to have joyful of life and love all around, Krishna is there to help you come out of the pains of life and leave you utterly joyous, playful and celebrating. You would start respecting yourself. There won’t any regression about the living.

So, invite unthinkable joy, happiness and celebration with Krishna.

How you can lead a Joyous Life?

In today’s time, we can see that people are very busy in their lives. Even there are some groups of people who are always occupied with mental processes. And this has led them towards unease. They feel life as one of the burdens. Also, they feel stressed, discomfort and dullness.

This is because of their hectic time schedules for everyday life. There is no charm in living life. It is just a routine and mechanical life for them.

Now what can be done to improve life pattern? I believe the fellow beings want something different in life so that they can be happy and joyous. Life is a celebration! It is bliss and you can lead harmonious, pleasant & joyous life. It is very simple. You may have heard that “winners don’t do different things, but they do it differently“.

So, here you can help yourself make life happier! Just accept meditation in your life and you will find tremendous joy, happiness & charm. Meditation is regarded as one of the alternative medicine to better life.

Yes, meditation! Through it, you can be more energetic and recharged ever. It helps greatly. It works as ‘healing’. By practicing it, you can gain wellness both from inside and outside. It is just a question of 15-20 minutes every day. And you will be pleasant and positive towards your daily works! Dhyan gives inner peace.

I would like to clarify that it is not related to any religion. It is not even bounded for some group of people. It is simply a science of cosmic energy. In other words, I would say that it is inner science. Through meditation, you can create a space for you and feel happier. It can provide you with extra energy that you need for doing your routine work. In this way, it helps you become peaceful.

We can see that majority of people are leading the same life. They work 24/7. They work like machines. They spare time for everyone and everything. Unfortunately, they do not have time for themselves. That is why they feel monotonous. This has led towards depression. To come out of this dull life, you can invest some time for yourself.

Once you spare time for yourself and perform meditation, you will be no more the same person as you were. You will feel pleasant. Even you will enjoy your routine work. Simply, meditation is a way to lead a happy and joyous life.

Now, question is how to meditate? Yes it is a true question. To answer, I would like to make you aware about the method of meditation. You may find different ways to meditate on the net. However, the simplest way is here and it is accepted all over the world. You are request to do it for 15-20 minutes. Here are the helpful instructions:

  1. Sit with crossed legs (wear comfortable cloths)
  2. Keep spine straight
  3. Close your eyes
  4. Now be conscious about your breathing.
  5. Feel breath coming in & going out.
  6. Just be aware about breathing
  7. When you come out of meditation, rub your hands and put them on your eyes

Note: It is preferred to listen to soft music while doing meditation.

Practice it daily and within weeks, you will feel joy & happiness coming from within. You will be cool & calm. Have a lovely & joyous life ahead!

Gisele Bundchen – a graceful Model

First and foremost, I would like to thank Gisele Bundchen, a supermodel, from the bottom of my heart. And I wish her a glittering glory for the coming days.

The reason for thanking her is her admiring body. Being a mother of one child, she has maintained the trimming look. She says a body like hers is achievable if you are willing to work for it. This is one of the inspiring reasons for millions of people who are wishing to be slim & trim. Those who want to shape the body, look at Gisele.

Think why? How has she managed to look beautiful? Answers she in one of the tete-a-tat with a leading newspaper,

“Like I tell my five sisters, who doesn’t work at it very hard at all, whatever you put in, you get out”. Also, she said “I’m not afraid of working hard at anything. I just always want to be the best that I can”.

Friends, we are known because of body. We are if the body is. Then why not make the body beautiful?
